coffee, anyone?

i just woke up. been here for 6 hours now, with no housemate around and no food to eat. i was sleeping in the bean bag, when a beep from my phone woke me up.

"y hide ur feelings 2 d 1 u luv? y do u luv d 1 hu luvs anodr? y giv evrythng if only pain comes in return? y w8 f ders nothng 2 w8 4? i gez d answr is... LOVE."

i hate moments like this one. when i'm all alone, left with an idea to ponder on. it gives me the feeling of loneliness; sentiments keep on pouring, memories coming back, fantasies filling my head. so i guess, this leaves me with the chance to speak out my mind regarding the matter.

why do people hide their feelings?
there are things better left unsaid (period)

why do you love the one who loves another?
i know this one story of a friend, i hate seeing her cry for the one she loves. much worse, the guy is crying for someone else. and that someone else likes another guy, and so the cycle continues. a very complicated love story, eh? well, i am not an expert when it comes to solving other people's problem or giving them advice. but i guess that's how really things are. it's a two in a million probability that the one you love, loves you back. do i sound bitter? nah... hehe!

why give everything if only pain comes in return?
love is like playing casino. you can't win big time if you are too scared to gamble it all. a peso will give you a centavo in return. but a million can give you thousands. there's always that portion you can never get back, but hey, it's all worth the risk. a special friend once said "hindi ka naman nagmamahal para maging masaya lang". true, with love comes the realization of one's self, the sharing of the feeling, the blows and wounds of misunderstandings and broken relationships. love can heal all wounds, even scars.

why wait if there's nothing to wait for?
why wait? change is the only permanent thing in the world, as they say. time change, people change. maybe today, you may think you are waiting for nothing. but tomorrow, the day after that, and after that, who knows, your knight in shining armor might save you from that tower guarded by fire-blowing dragons. baka na-traffic lang. :)

why do people fall in love anyway?
because love makes the world go round!!!!

ang pag-ibig, parang kape, isang espresso to be exact. dark, bitter, yet sweet. sugar and cream are for added sweetness and flavor. but when drunk neat, mainit, nakakapaso, mapait. pero bat may mga taong sadyang adik dito? i guess it's the wakening effect pagkatapos mong inumin ang isang tasang kape... coffee, anyone?

i'd like to have one, please.
